Delete your account and data
App: Sudoku AI Coach

You can delete your Sudoku AI Coach account and the data stored on our server at any time, either in the app or by sending us an email.
Delete in the app
- Open the app and go to the “Me” tab at the bottom.
- On the “Account” card, tap “Delete account”.
- Tap “Delete account” again to confirm.
Your email link, backup, ranking records and nickname are removed from our server right away. This can't be undone.
“Delete account” appears once you've verified your email and created an account.
Records and settings saved on your phone are removed when you uninstall the app.
If you can't use the app or can't log in
If you've already removed the app or can't log in, email us to ask for deletion:
Please include:
- The email address you used for your account (or, if you never created one, your ranking nickname and country/region)
- That you'd like your account and data deleted
We'll delete your data within 30 days of your request.
What gets deleted
- The link between your email and your account (we never store the email address itself)
- Your backup (records, settings and AI coach conversations)
- Your ranking scores, nickname and country/region
- Feedback you've sent (deleted automatically after 30 days, or right away on request)
What we don't store, and what's kept
- Questions to the AI coach are not stored on our server. They're only sent to get you an answer.
- The only things kept are anonymous aggregate statistics, plus access logs and crash/error logs kept for security and bug fixing, which are deleted automatically within 90 days.
